계정 삭제 안내

LOCUZ 계정과 계정에 연결된 데이터는 앱을 통해 직접 삭제하거나, 앱이 없어도 이메일로 요청해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 삭제

LOCUZ 앱 실행
마이페이지 이동
회원 탈퇴 메뉴 선택 후 확인

확인 즉시 계정이 삭제되며 별도 대기 없이 처리됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로 요청 (앱 없이 가능)

아래 이메일로 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소와 "계정 삭제 요청"임을 명시해 보내주세요.

삭제되는 데이터

계정 정보(이메일, 프로필 식별자, 닉네임, 연령대)
업로드한 골프 영상 및 렌더링 결과물
로그인 정보 및 기기 푸시 토큰

위 항목은 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 결제·문의 기록 등 관계 법령에 따라 별도 보존 기간이 있는 항목은 개인정보처리방침의 "보유 및 이용 기간"을 참고해 주세요.

Delete Your Account

Effective July 13, 2026

You can delete your LOCUZ account and its associated data directly in the app, or by email if you don't have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

Open the LOCUZ app
Go to My Page
Select Delete account and confirm

Your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation, with no waiting period.

Option 2 — By email (no app required)

Email us at the address below with the email address you signed up with and state that you're requesting account deletion.

What gets deleted

Account information (email, profile identifier, nickname, age group)
Uploaded golf videos and rendered output
Sign-in information and device push token

These are deleted without delay upon request. Some records (e.g. payment, support history) may be retained for a limited period as required by law — see "Retention Period" in our Privacy Policy for details.
