이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 LOCUZ(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 골프 스윙 궤적 영상 편집 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 서비스와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• "이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 서비스가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원(게스트)을 말합니다.
• "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스에 업로드한 영상 및 그 편집·렌더링 결과물을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 서비스는 관계 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자 및 개정 내용을 명시하여 사전 공지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

서비스는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다.

• 골프 스윙 영상의 임팩트 자동 검출 및 볼 궤적 오버레이 생성
• 9:16 숏폼 크롭 등 편집 기능
• 편집 결과물의 저장 및 공유

서비스는 로그인 없이도(게스트) 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 로그인 시 여러 기기에서 이용 내역을 이어볼 수 있습니다.

서비스는 무료와 프리미엄으로 나뉘며, 이용 범위는 다음과 같습니다. 구체적인 수치는 서비스 운영상 필요에 따라 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

• 무료 회원: 업로드한 원본 영상을 최대 5개까지 동시 보관할 수 있고, 하루 1회 무료로 궤적 영상을 제작할 수 있으며, 그 이후에는 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 추가로 제작할 수 있습니다. 업로드한 원본 영상은 30일이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다(완성된 궤적 영상은 계속 보관됩니다).
• 프리미엄 회원: 광고가 제거되고, 영상 보관 개수 제한이 없으며, 더 빠른 렌더링과 프리미엄 궤적 스타일을 이용할 수 있습니다(과도한 사용 방지를 위해 하루 제작 상한이 적용될 수 있습니다).

제5조 (계정 및 콘텐츠 관리)

• 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 기능을 통해 회원 탈퇴 및 콘텐츠 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 이용자는 자신이 업로드하는 영상에 대한 권리를 보유하고 있어야 하며, 타인의 저작권·초상권을 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
• 동반자 등 제3자가 포함된 영상을 업로드하는 경우, 해당 인물의 동의를 얻을 책임은 업로드한 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자가 개인정보처리방침에 따라 별도로 동의한 경우에 한해, 서비스는 업로드된 영상을 볼 인식·궤적 검출 등 알고리즘의 학습과 품질 개선 목적으로 활용할 수 있습니다. 이 동의는 선택 사항이며 앱 내 마이페이지에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있고, 동의하지 않아도 서비스 이용에 제한이 없습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(과도한 요청, 무단 크롤링 등)
• 타인의 계정·기기 식별자를 무단으로 사용하는 행위
• 불법 촬영물 등 관계 법령에 반하는 콘텐츠를 업로드하는 행위

제7조 (유료 서비스 및 환불)

서비스는 프리미엄 구독(광고 제거, 프리미엄 스타일 등)을 제공할 수 있습니다. 유료 상품의 결제·해지·환불은 이용자가 가입한 앱 마켓(App Store, Google Play)의 결제 정책 및 절차에 따릅니다.

• 구독 해지: 각 앱 마켓의 구독 관리 메뉴에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 현재 결제 주기 종료일까지 이용 가능합니다.
• 환불: App Store는 Apple의 환불 절차(reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play는 Google의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 관계 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따른 청약철회 권리는 앱 마켓 정책과 무관하게 보장됩니다.
• 서비스 귀책 사유(장애 등)로 유료 기능을 상당 기간 이용하지 못한 경우, 문의 채널을 통해 보상 또는 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (면책)

서비스는 이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 내용에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 서비스의 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LOCUZ ("the Service") and users of its golf swing trajectory video editing service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" means any registered member or guest who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Content" means videos uploaded by a user and the resulting edited/rendered output.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to These Terms)

These terms take effect once posted in the Service or otherwise announced to users. The Service may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and changes in advance.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Service provides the following features:

• Automatic impact detection in golf swing videos and ball-trajectory overlay generation
• Editing features such as 9:16 short-form cropping
• Saving and sharing edited output

Core features are available without signing in (as a guest); signing in lets you continue your activity across multiple devices.

The Service is offered in Free and Premium tiers, with the usage scope below. Specific limits may change with prior notice for operational reasons.

• Free members: keep up to 5 uploaded source videos at a time, create one trace video per day for free, and create more after watching a rewarded ad to completion. Uploaded source videos are deleted automatically after 30 days (finished trace videos are retained).
• Premium members: no ads, no storage limit, faster rendering, and premium tracer styles (a daily creation cap may apply to prevent abuse).

Article 5 (Account and Content Management)

• Users may request account deletion and content removal at any time via in-app "Delete account."
• Users must hold the rights to videos they upload, and must not upload content that infringes others' copyright or right of likeness.
• If a video includes third parties (e.g. playing partners), the uploading user is responsible for obtaining their consent.
• Only if the user separately consents under the Privacy Policy, the Service may use uploaded videos to train and improve its algorithms, such as ball detection and trajectory estimation. This consent is optional, can be withdrawn anytime in My Page in the app, and declining does not limit use of the Service.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not:

• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (excessive requests, unauthorized crawling, etc.)
• Use another person's account or device identifier without authorization
• Upload content that violates applicable law, including unlawfully filmed material

Article 7 (Paid Services and Refunds)

The Service may offer a premium subscription (ad removal, premium styles, etc.). Payment, cancellation, and refunds for paid products follow the payment policies and procedures of the app marketplace (App Store, Google Play) through which you subscribed.

• Cancelling a subscription: you may cancel at any time from the subscription management menu of your app marketplace. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: App Store purchases are handled through Apple's refund process (reportaproblem.apple.com), and Google Play purchases under Google's refund policy. Your right to withdraw a subscription under Korean law (the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related statutes) is guaranteed regardless of app marketplace policy.
• If a fault attributable to the Service (such as an outage) prevents you from using paid features for a significant period, you may request compensation or a refund through our contact channel.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not responsible for the content users upload, and is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the Service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
